Scott grew up in the New England states and moved to SC to attend Clemson University. After completing his education at Clemson, he went on to earn his Masters Degree in Social Work at USC. Scott spent many years, helping to make families better in the Upstate before beginning his real estate career 10 years ago. Born in Japan, Tammy moved a lot as a younger child, while her father served in the military. She finally settled in the Upstate of SC in 1995, but she never forgot what it was like to move frequently. As a professional, Tammy has applied her personal experience of moving to mastering the details to make the moving process as pleasant, profitable and pain free as possible.
Tammy attended school in the Upstate and has deep ties to the Community. She is the Membership of the Rotary Club of Greater Anderson, an ambassador for Hospice Champions, a leader for the YMCA Annual Campaign, a Homes for Heroes preferred affiliate a certified "Hot" Yoga Instructor and volunteers in many other capacities.

Karen has successfully worn many hats over the years, which includes a celebrated background in education.
